YRAC EventsYRAC plans and organizes events to raise money for drowning awareness. Funds collected from these events are given to the Lifesaving Society to use in campaigns to educate the public on how to prevent drownings. Participants pay an entrance fee and get donations from their peers or the public. Participants donate their time, get sponsors to donate prizes, and advertise the events at their facilities, all in an attempt to promote drowning awareness.
